What I offer

The range of sessions I offer are outlined below:

One-to-One Sessions
These sessions are suited for a range of clients, perhaps you're just getting into exercise, find the idea of a one to one less intimidating or perphaps you're working towards a particular running goal or distance
  • One-to-One 30 minute sessions can be booked in blocks of 8 from £200
  • One-to-One 60 minute sessions can be booked in blocks of 8 from £320

Sessions Include:

  • Goal setting to ensure we can achieve your goals within this block of sessions
  • A personalised training plan 
  • A review of each session to identify progression
  • Access to additional content and connect with other clients for support
  • Additional nutrition support if required
  • Injury avoidance tips
I also offer a complimentary call prior to your sessions, allowing me to get to know you and your goals. 

Group Sessions
I offer a variety of different group sessions to meet different levels of experience.

Coorporate Sessions
